Tonight is the Capital Film Arts Alliance bi-monthly Writer's Workshop. There's nothing like getting out of your head with other screenwriters. It's a friendly group with varied experience. Hope you'll join us there!

RICHARD BROADHURST TO SPEAK AT CFAA WRITER'S WORKSHOP

As a professional actor and writer, Richard Broadhurst is a veteran of stage, national commercials, film and the soap opera, One Life to Live. He has taught acting and writing in New York, Los Angeles and currently in Sacramento. Richard had the opportunity to study acting with Larry Moss, who has coached Academy Award winners Helen Hunt and Hilary Swank. Richard's play Billie, was Mr. Moss's first directing project at his studio and it featured Noah Wyle of E.R. fame. He has also worked with Jason Alexander of Seinfeld and Edward Asner of The Mary Tyler More Show.

Richard will speak on a wide variety of subjects from writing to selling a script and getting representation.

The Screenwriters Workshop meets at The Art Institute (Ai) in Natomas, on the second Tuesday of every other month form 6:30-9pm
