      Hi Cindy, I'm going to say no. I think the only trails we do that would be good are the White Clay Creek trail (we did this Monday). That's more of a fire road trail. The Judge Morris loop is a single track, fairly technical ride. Helmets and clipless pedals are recommended for this type of riding.
