2/wk if I can get out of work in time!

What are your top motivations for joining? (everything I listed, meet new people, exercise in a group, get exercise tips, etc)

Everything you listed + generally wanting to stay active & not allow myself to turn into a workaholic. Would love to meet a group of fun new ppl too!

What days/times are best for you? (whenever, weekends, weekdays, morning, evening, etc)

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday nights after 7 (if I can get out of the office!)

What is your estimated pace for a 2 mile run (minutes/mile)?

9-10 min mile


Used to be a long distance runner, got hurt, been trying to get back into it for years now. But then I get lazy/have no time. Story of my life!!!
