What are your top motivations for joining? (everything I listed, meet new people, exercise in a group, get exercise tips, etc)

All the above! Sometimes lack motivation but trying to train for an Iron Man.

What days/times are best for you? (whenever, weekends, weekdays, morning, evening, etc)

Whenever, although I especially like going late at night (midnight-2am) so if there's anyone who wants to go then, I would appreciate the added safety of a partner/group.

What is your estimated pace for a 2 mile run (minutes/mile)?
