How often would you like to run? (days a week or month)

I run approximately every other day, so a weekly or bi-weekly run with a group would be great.

What are your top motivations for joining? (everything I listed, meet new people, exercise in a group, get exercise tips, etc)

Staying motivated to run consistently.

What days/times are best for you? (whenever, weekends, weekdays, morning, evening, etc)

Weekends are best for me or at 7pm or later during the week.

What is your estimated pace for a 2 mile run (minutes/mile)?

I run between a 9 and 10 minute mile for 2-5 miles (depends on how I feel). If I run with a group, I can adjust to the pace of others as long as it's not under a 9 minute mile.


I recently moved to NYC after living in Colorado for 8 years, Los Angeles, for 2 years, and Scotland for the past year. I'm looking forward to meeting new people who share an interest in running on a consistent basis.
