How often would you like to run? (days a week or month)

Ideally at least 4/ week. Perhaps more when the wheezing evolves into normal breathing.

What are your top motivations for joining? (everything I listed, meet new people, exercise in a group, get exercise tips, etc)

Primarily to get into some sort of shape, build up endurance and such. But just as important, to appreciate this city a little better.

What days/times are best for you? (whenever, weekends, weekdays, morning, evening, etc)

early mornings or early evenings.

What is your estimated pace for a 2 mile run (minutes/mile)?

I used to run 2 miles in about 15 minutes casually, maybe even down to 13 on a spry day. I think I'd be closer to 15-20 now.
