Do you like tasting good wine or wish you knew more about it ? I’ve just moved to Nottingham from France with my wife and kids and I’d like to start a group for wine lovers over here. The idea is simple. Members would get together on a monthly basis for a wine tasting session. On average 6 to 8 tasting size glasses of wine would be served around a theme which would change each month i.e. it might be great Bordeaux whites, Champagne versus Sparkling wines, or Pinot from around the world…To keep an open mind and to remain impartial, most wines would be blind tasted. Members of the group would share the cost of the wine bottles and nothing else as the organisers are volunteers
