Hi All,

We've started a bit of a transition, starting to move the bulk of programming from server to the client-side, as we feel this the general direction web applications are going. Of course this is a gradual process for us.

I'd be interested to know people's thoughts on client-side code in terms of pros and cons?

Also - we're trying to hire a few more permy developers: junior / middleweight (ASP.NET 4.0 with C#) - to join 6 other developers we have currently. If anyone knows anyone looking fora new role then it would be great if they could give me a heads up. We have a lot of 1st class CS grads here so we're looking for top up and coming talent.
