Welcome, gatherers!

Do you appreciate the tradition of sitting down together for a homemade meal?  Do you enjoy celebrating simple, wholesome food?  Let's get together for small group dinners to share food, stories, and of course a little fun.

We welcome food lovers of all kinds but will focus the meals on healthful, real ingredients.  Dinners will be held monthly with a different menu/food genre each time. Attendees are asked to contribute by bringing a homemade dish (small or large) that compliments the genre for that meal.  Drinks are always BYOB.

As a part of the group, there is no pressure to host a dinner, although we welcome suggestions for new dinners and appreciate anyone willing to host.  Please note that if you choose to host, the goal is to keep these dinners SMALLER, as to aid in good conversation and fostering friendships, and the focus is on HOMEMADE food.

(There are many groups who dine out at restaurants or meet with large numbers of people-this is not one of those groups.)

Thanks for visiting and we hope you'll join us in keeping the tradition of family-style gathering alive.

To ensure consideration to all members, please read our policies on RSVPing and "no-shows:"
- Availability to RSVP will be closed at midnight on the Thursday preceding Saturday events.  All members, whether on the list as a "Yes" OR "Wait List," are expected to update their RSVP accordingly by this point.
- If a member is listed as a "Yes" for an event at midnight Thursday, failure to attend the event will be deemed a "No-Show."
- One "No-Show" will result in a kindly-worded warning email, reminding the member of the group policies and the possibility for future probation.  After 2 "No-Shows" in a 3-month period, a member will be on probation from event attendance for a 3 month period
- Once a member is back from the probation period, one more "No-Show" will result in removal from the group permanently.
