What is Nova Family Fun & Fitness?
This meet-up is designed to get families in the Northern Virginia area out to experience adventure and some good old social activities.
Some of our activities include:
Family - Kickball, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee, Lets Fly A Kite, Cookouts, Bike Rides, Nature Hikes, Swimming, Camping and many more
Adventure - Man Camp, Rock climbing, Snow Boarding, Cookouts, White water rafting, Tubing, Water Parks and many many more.
Who should join?
Families with children of all ages who are active or would like to be active and experience new adventures together while making great friends!
