This is a gentle form of exercise designed to guide participants through restorative and preventative movements that include gentle stretching and simple dance steps.  We always listen to great music that guides our rhythm and enhances out deepening awareness.  Participants find new vitality, joy, and ease in their bodies. It is simple, practical, and profound.
