If you are interested in fitness walking, exercising outdoors, and achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, and you like exercising early, this group may be for you.
All skill levels welcome. Walking in a group infuses a social element to fitness, encourages accountability and creates a level of safety for early morning walking.
We walk Tuesday's and Thursdays at 5:45 AM. with an evening walk most weeks based in a downtown area of a local town (Farmington, Northville & Plymouth). On some Saturdays, we have member-organized and hosted walks starting at 7:00 AM. (SUMMER 2016 GROUP WAS CANCELLED DUE TO HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION AND HIGH TEMPERATURES).
HOLIDAY and event late afternoon and early evening walks are scheduled, usually in the local area during the Autumn and Holiday Seasons to take in the fall colors, enjoy a skeleton, some cider and holiday lights.
We like to mix up our routes, and keep outdoor fitness fun.
