If you are interested in fitness walking, exercising outdoors, and achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, and you like exercising early, this group may be for you.
All skill levels welcome. Walking in a group infuses a social element to fitness, encourages accountability and creates a level of safety for early morning walking.
We walk Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:45 AM. On Saturdays, we regularly have member-organized and hosted walks starting at 7:00 AM.
We like to mix up our routes, and keep outdoor fitness fun.
