Yoga goes beyond the workout of the physical part of your body. It helps emotionally and mentally as well and that is what I want.
Its the only workout I am aware of that can help relieve stress , bring you at peace, and you can get a physical workout as well.

I believe it could reduce a lot of stress and just give black women a peaceful sense of well being. There is so much going on in life like jobs, family, friends, children, relationships , and marraiges that time needs to be taken to just relax or reduce stress levels.
