Do you live in North London and are tired of commuting to go out? London is a great city, including from a geographical standpoint, and this can make things difficult for those who have friends scattered in all the boroughs. This group aims to bring together people who live in North London (N and NW post codes) to make the most of the opportunities offered by our great neighborhood. We are aiming to have regular meetups (once every 2 weeks) and to keep the group relatively small, in order to give members the opportunity to really getting to know one another. If you like being out and about doing the most diverse things, this is the group for you. We will enjoy alternative theater in Angel, charming gastropubs in Hampstead, live jazz in Old Street, truly ethnic restaurants in Primrose Hill and much more!

Be it that we have got a combined number of current and pending members well above the 50 or so we are aiming for, Peter and I have devised a '3 no shows and you're out' policy. We would like to keep it fair and give some new people a chance to join, but at the same time try and keep the group consisting of members keen to attend meetups on a regular basis. We will therefore only be keeping members, new or old, who are attending at least one out of every three meetups. Membership is only open to those who live in an N or NW postcode and who are not members of a large number of meetup groups.
