Gov't Involvement in H1N1 scare?

I don't pay any sort of close attention to the media. but I am pretty sure this "pandemic" has been inflated. I know it's possible that our friends at DoD or D. of Health & Human Svcs. may have staged the thing. From what I know, the government (at least the CDC's media efforts) seem to be taking this whole thing rather lightly.
I know that this whole thing is stupid- and I'm definitely not submitting to the media's bickering over airports, face masks, and all of that bull$.

Does anyone have any thoughts on whether the Gov't is staging this or to what extent thereof? Some H1N1 viruses from some stockpile dumped on a pig farm in Mexico, along the lines of the 2001 Anthrax mailings traced back to a DoD laboratory?

Well it doesn't look like this is "The big one". But it seems that it is incremental dog training. We are slowly being "primed" for the police state. When you look at yesterday (the way thing used to be) - today seems very strange. Like suddenly people look at you strange when you mention the constitution! I guess the media hasn't told the sheeple about that little document!
