IL POSTINO - Outdoor Showing at the OC Performing Arts Center - FREE

MANY OF YOU ARE ASKING HOW TO FIND THE GROUP. I USUALLY GET THERE EARLY AND SIT IN THE FIRST OR SECOND ROW. LOOK FOR MY LARGE RED BLANKET ON THE GROUND. MY BLACK CHAIR SAYS "WELLS FARGO" ON THE BACK. TRY TO GET THERE EARLY BECAUSE IF YOU GET THERE AFTER THE SUN GOES DOWN, IT WILL BE VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE GROUP! This is a world premiere of an opera starring Placido Domingo, based on the 1994 Italian film, Il Postino. BRING YOUR BEACH CHAIRS, BLANKETS AND HAVE A PICNIC/DINNER OUTSIDE WHILE WATCHING IL POSTINO. The broadcast begins at 7:00 p.m., but if we get there early, we can sit up front, eat together, and socialize before the movie begins. 600 Town Center Drive, Costa Mesa, CA 92626 OCPAC.org | Box Office[masked] | Group Sales[masked] ORANGE COUNTY PERFORMING ARTS CENTER

I loved it! Now I want to rent the movie if anyone is interested in watching it. I thought it was going to be in Italian, but enjoyed the Spanish. Who knew we were going to "meet up" with Placido Domingo front and center! Thanks Wiseman for the photos.

I loved it! When I sat next to some Spanish speaking ladies and read about the composer, I realized it was in Spanish, not Italian. But wonderful, wonderful event. Thank you.
