    Sightseeing this morning with your local guide shows you a portion of the Berlin Wall, Berlin's Holocaust Memorial, the bustling modern hub of Potsdamer Platz, the Reichstag Building, the sky-high Television Tower and historic Brandenburg Gate, a symbol of Germany's division and reunification. During your free afternoon perhaps visit the Egyptian Museum. Then sharpen your culinary skills this evening with a German cooking lesson led by a local expert. Learn about the ingredients and techniques integral to creating a menu of traditional German dishes before working together to prepare each item and taste the results. (B,D)

Visit the National Porcelain Factory and learn about the style and patterns typical to Meissen pieces. Then continue to Dresden, the capital of Saxony and the site of heavy fighting in World War II. Begin to explore on a walking tour with your tour manager.
