I'm impressed with your tenacity, after five near-misses. My dad used to say he liked getting told no, because it brought him that much closer to the next yes.

As for me, I wrote the script for the video game Driver: Renegade for Nintendo 3DS, and I've got a novelette coming out next year. I'm also novelizing my old zombie film Dead Heat, because the walking dead are making a comeback (you should pardon the expression). Cross your fingers on that one.
