This group is dedicated to discussing practical philosophical ideas and how they apply to our daily lives. Wisdom and knowledge are not such if they merely sit in the brain without action. Even if that action is being a well-rounded person who understands different perspectives and shows charity and patience towards those who are different and helping those in need. The group meetings will be organized by systematically reading through a book and discussing the chapters during each meeting. This is also a great way to be introduced to philosophy if you are new and not sure what practical value it has to everyday life. If that describes you; this is your group!
