I help people with business startups & attempt to (1) help people protect their assets, (2) assist people in introducing their new products, (3) help startups take advantage of tax provisions, (4) I suggest promotional aspects which can open up different markets with different cost structures, (5) trade show observer and junkie.... Technology We specialize in high tech utility & design patents generally. Technical areas include electrical engineering, chemical engineering, & mechanical engineering. Taxation We also handle tax problems, and especially intellectual property (patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright) tax, nonprofit operation, both federal and state. We examine deductibility advantages of insurance to cover items where unexpected repair and response would not enable deductibility.
