M0TBPV:

MKFQY7:
See http://1.JotHere.com/965#MNCK5C --just follow that link for details on this occurrence, plus all before & after, including all current & historic changes & traditions

MKFRD3: Note several mobile web browsers, when following a link/URL, strip the link's bookmark/anchor (which is the URL text starting "#..") so in the opened web page page position it at the start instead of scrolling it to the desired point.
MKFRIB: to fix this, get a web browser which doesn't have this bug or else search & position to the anchor point manually.
MMIWYG: -we realize there “it's hard to see the forest (current details) due to the trees (all historic details)” +other formatting woes; so the formatting will eventually be improving, and in rather exciting ways (as auto-generated listings).

MFMB3V: Event listing history, in order:

MGEL2O: starting from listing creation, all authoring by I DestinyArchitect except if noted otherwise.rior link above; added new leader Greg Stringer as an additional event host (are auto-RSVPed yes); added organizer instructions q(MV9D82:  Only the creator of this listing should edit it unless written permission otherwise.); pst[masked]Fri2119.

MFRJYT: This listing is a copy of the prior listing (#69) & so on; so, for prior change/history entries here, see those.
MV9D40: Updated the title (from #69) to present plus updated the pd
N1F9PO: Change title fr(OCAndroid Main Meetup #70(training4 coders+users, hacking, &more via cmts!)+) to present.
N202SU: Cleaned up listing formatting; added topic (Glass) pic.; pst2[masked]Wed2153.

Hi everyone! My name is Ben, I'm a developer for Google Glass. I've been developing since I got my hands on the device back in late February. For all of you aspiring developers for Google Glass, it's a very challenging device to develop for, especially since it's a prototype technology that's SDK isn't even completely finished yet. Developing for Glass is challenging, but designing for the device is even harder, especially with the fairly small display, Google's strict guidelines, and heavy emphasis on UX.

I talked to Michael today at PeopleSpace, and I'm more than happy to do a talk on what it's like developing for Glass, things to keep in mind, and more. I can go ahead and start this talk at 6:00 and won't go later than 7:00. I'll also be happy to demo my Glassware and talk about the perspective of the device from a developer's standpoint.

And also, I'll have my Glass, ready for you guys to play with :)

    Best,
    Ben

Bill

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
