Since I have a journalism background, I've been studying news apps. I'd be interested to know: which news apps are you relying on? As well as bringing your thoughts to the meeting, please see & post on the thread for this http://meetup.com/OCAndroid/messages/boards/thread/21356272 .

This is http://meetu.ps/7SR12 (Meetup fails to display this after the event starts so, as an event host, I'm making sure it's posted on the event listing).

One topic for discussion will be how to use your Android device to create wi-fi hotspots. The group need members' help to figure out & create 3G or 4G wi-fi Internet hotspots to give us Internet & LAN for our meetings when the venue doesn't have Internet. Of course, it can be useful anytime to be able to provide wi-fi, and there are apps to do it. Has anyone had luck with them? Please see & post at http://1.JotHere.com/LEYAO5 .
