I found this group through meetup's search function: http://www.meetup.com/explore/?offset=0&psize=32¤tpage=1&allMeetups=true&categories=&keywords=android&radius=25&userFreeform=Rowland+Heights%2C+California%2C+USA&mcId=c91748&mcName=Rowland+Heights%2C+California%2C+USA&sort=default I found out it is generally faster to learn new technology with/from other people. I want to get familiar with Android quickly and I think this is the only active android meetup group nearby.
I am just a newbie to Android programming. Possibly some GPS/Networking related programs. I am also interested in multimedia programmings.
I can use C, C++, C#, Java, Delphi, maybe some php and python ... But now I mostly use C# and Delphi for work.
I mainly program on Windows. I know winform and .net. I have some experiences in network programming. I used multimedia related SDKs like directshow and FFmpeg. And I did some C programming on Embedded systems.
Yes, I think so.
I am a programmer working in multimedia related industry. I am developing & maintaining a media editing/scheduling/displaying system on Windows platform. I'd like to learn programming on Android platforms.
