It is a simple social application. I will give a brief demo of it on [this ]the coming meet up.

  • (LWBHO4=Donna's 1st presentation went overall very well.
(LWBHP9=Donna was pleasantly surprised by the attendance. Not believing me, she had SMSed me expecting ~2 or 3. I replied saying so far it was looking ~8. Perhaps still not believing me, she arrived late. But when she arrived, she was pleasant surprised 11 showed.)
(LWBHSJ=She didn't bring equipment to display her app on a big screen, and unfortunately I had forgotten the camera converter cable that Lucy had figured out including HDMI-to-DV converter for the big screen. But fortunately I did bring my 24inch portable LCD which had HDMI input, and Bill had had a phone with HDMI output and a cable, so we installed Donna's app on Bill's phone and had that drive my LCD panel! Then, to capture the keystrokes, Donna ran her app on her phone and Bill stood by video-displaying via his phone. All the while I had my camera taking pictures! It was an impressive effort of teaming together everyone's equipment.)
(LWBHYG=Donna presented her app. It was for making custom greeting cards on one's phone and sending them out via email & SMS and other forms. It worked bug-free it appeared, and was remarkably complete.

Since this is a notable accomplishment that has come out of a person (Donna) joining OCAndroid, and since Donna at yesterday a Beg-to-Int mentioned to me that she was concerned her ranking of this post (in the forum list) had gone down, I have made this discussion pinned so it will stay in the top of the forum list indefinitely until we have much other significant stuff and it's discussion ends.

Yes, it would be great if you'd share this code, maybe eventually make it open-source. And a free and probably excellent place to do that, even privately, is at Bitbucket http://atlassian.com/... -the host company Atlassan really knows their stuff, but they are giving private Murcurial & Git repository space free, probably to compete with github & others more popular.
