For over 12 years, Amol was the architect and senior engineering manager for Yahoo! Finance. His work there included building Y! Finance’s real-time data architecture. He also served as Director of Engineering for the Advertising Systems Group at Yahoo! where he led teams that built their ad platform and exchange. Amol was also the Director of Engineering for Yahoo! Hadoop and was responsible for bringing Hadoop 2.0 into the open source community.

Jim is an expert in content extraction, large scale data ingestion, distributed applications, and supervised algorithms. Jim has over 18 years of experience as a developer and team lead. Before CrowdStrike Jim was Director of Engineering for the personalization company Gravity, and held team lead positions at Panasonic and McAfee. He is the creator of the open source project "Goose" which is a content extraction tool used by researchers and machine learning tools for content extraction. He is also a contributor to the Hadoop open source project.
