Attn OCHackerz,
I just wanted to send out a reminder about SoCal Code Camp. Code Camp is taking place this weekend, on Saturday July 27th and Sunday July 28th.  It will be taking place at the UCSD Extension in La Jolla (9600 N. Torrey Pines Rd., La Jolla, CA 92037). You can get more information and directions here.

In case you are not familiar with it, Code Camp is a free event for developers to come and learn from their peers. This community driven event has become an international trend where peer groups of all platforms, programming languages and disciplines band together to bring content to the community. Best of all, it’s 100% free.
We currently have around 100 sessions on varying topics including, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, Best Practices, Ruby, Web Development and more. You can view the complete schedule here.
Lastly, if are you are planning on attending and would like to volunteer, we could definitely use the help. We’re looking for volunteers to help work the tables and check people in. The schedule is flexible and any free time you can offer would be much appreciated. I’ve personally met a lot of interesting people and increased my professional network, simply by being a code camp volunteer. If you are interested in volunteering please contact me directly.
Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you at Code Camp!
