Laguna Beach Potluck & Compassionate Communications Intro

Would you like to learn & practice how to express yourself with the wholeness you crave in your food?

Come for a traditional raw vegan potluck (bring a dish to share & your own place setting if possible) plus a practical & inspiring exploration about compassionate communication (even around issues like Monsanto.)

Our topic facilitator will be James "Cauldron" Prieto, who's been practicing Compassionate (Nonviolent) Communication for over 12 years. James helps people get more of what they want out of life and relationships through private empathic coaching. He also provides interpersonal communication consulting services, as well as workshop customization and facilitation. He has a daily yoga practice, and enjoys many outdoor sports and hobbies. He authored the book “The Joy of Compassionate Connecting,” and has several writing projects in the works.

Please join us and RSVP for this trans-formative community gathering!

Hi. i just want to stop by. I am not a recipe person yet. I promise I won't eat anything I am alone and can't bring anything this time. I have been around cooked vegans at meet ups and I am 90% raw. I am only on smoothies. I want to find raw vegans.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
