I'd like to learn how to make raw food versions of my favorites- pizza, ice cream, lasagna, bread. I'm blown away by now low-fat raw eating tastes amazing. I'd like to attend potlucks, seminars and cooking classes (wait, or should I say "food assembing classes"?) :)
Food preparation, health tips, raw food pairing, animal respect through eating raw.
In May of this year I became a vegetarian. A majority of the way I eat is vegan and I try to stay away from animal products as much as possible, and to stay raw as much as possible. I am learning so much and its an exciting journey!
