Almost anything would interest me but learning how to eat vegan 100% for a few days without feeling lightheaded and weak.
How to cut up vegetables without cutting your fingers. It's so hard to cut up a big batch of chilies and I have no idea how to open a fresh coconut. Dehydrating is really interesting too. Being able to make things to eat for the entire work week. Or at least for a few days would be so helpful.
