Introduction
I am a married woman in my mid-40s. Had my kids young and already have 8 grands. Have more free time on my hands and looking for some adventure outdoors. Hubby's idea of adventure always includes his motorcycle, lol!
What are your favorite outdoor activities?
I love to hike and still water paddle. I also like to go whitewater rafting, Class 3 or 4.
Where is the coolest place you've been?
Hmm, this is a hard one. Never out of the US. Some of my great memories are of Outer Banks, Fontana Lake, hiking in Cali, swimming in Flint River.
What's the most adventurous thing you've done?
Recently biked down the Virginia Creeper Trail all by myself. 17 miles, 80% downhill, was a blast!
Where is your favorite getaway spot?
I love to getaway to Cape San Blas on the FL panhandle. Very quiet, nice place to sit on the beach and unwind!
