I'm a life adventurer, including the incredible outdoors! Would love to connect with more people who are exploring mountains, paths, waterfalls, whatever ... I work hard at my job, so find it really important to get out and play in nature as well!
Hiking, climbing, exploring new areas of Georgia (I didn't know there were so MANY state parks!) and Florida (wildlife refuges). I love the north Georgia mountains, any ocean anywhere, lakes and rivers. Nature and wildlife in any form.
Israel - three weeks of climbing up and down the entire country - you can only go up and down, there's no level spot unless maybe the Dead Sea! I loved the history, people, adventure - and I loved coming back in great shape!
Followed my heart ....
A sturdy little cabin built on a rushing stream on the side of a mountain five miles in from Dillard, Georgia. I go back whenever I can to feed my soul. I grew up on a mountain stream in the Catskills, so it's like going home.

First time participating in an activity - loved it! Looking forward to more...

Virginia, we don't charge a membership fee. What you saw was probably the announcement for one of our Saturday morning Bits & Bites meetings. We charge $5 for them. I like the picture of me that you posted on the website. It's one of the few that anyone's taken that I think is the real me. Thanks
Thanks, that was the last shot of the day and it was a little tiny flower sitting all by it self and I just happened to spot it. It reminded of a saying my Grandmother used to say, "Bloom where you are planted" and this one was doing just that. Bob McGill
