  • Hi Annie! It was a real pleasure meeting you and your boys on the hike yesterdaty. I hope you sent a special message to the creative arts meetup telling her you might be willing to share facilitating some of the programs. Lots of women like me and you will come!

  • Hi Anne. The area is Jones Gap State Park. If you are searching online, look for that and Caesar's Head or Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area (which is the combined description of Caesar's Head and Jones Gap). The maps online are lousy, but a decent map may be obtained at the ranger's office in the park for $2. We'll probably do a similar hike again this summer.

  • It's OK about missing the hike. That was our last one for the year because of the change in season and time. I would resume the hike next year in the spring. But meanwhile, hope to see you at other events before then. Marie
