Hi Anne. The area is Jones Gap State Park. If you are searching online, look for that and Caesar's Head or Mountain Bridge Wilderness Area (which is the combined description of Caesar's Head and Jones Gap). The maps online are lousy, but a decent map may be obtained at the ranger's office in the park for $2. We'll probably do a similar hike again this summer.

It's OK about missing the hike. That was our last one for the year because of the change in season and time. I would resume the hike next year in the spring. But meanwhile, hope to see you at other events before then. Marie
