About OC Skiing & Snowboarding for less group

OC Skiing & Snowboarding meetup group has a ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DRUG USE OR POSSESSION on our trips, possession of drugs within the condos rented by OCSS or any other substance that causes concern or distress to any member of the group. Offending parties will be notified of their removal from a trip, sent home without refunds and/ removed completely from the group. Please adhere to these rules for the good of the group. Thank you.

DISCLAIMER: By being a member of this group you hereby agree to assume all risks and liability related to or resulting from any and all group functions including but not limited to snowboarding, skiing, hiking, biking or transportation between your home and the stated event or activity.

You also agree that neither you nor any third party will hold any of the group's leaders, officers, or representatives liable for any injury, loss, or damage to your own person or any members of your family, friends, acquaintances, children, pets, or property, arising directly or as a consequence from a group activity or event.

You also agree to signing a waiver before attending any event or activity that is set up by the group or organizers. If you do not sign the waiver you will not be allowed to travel or go with the group and your money may be non-refundable.

You also agree that your membership of this group is based on an "at will" basis.

Note: Unbecoming conduct is reason for removable from the group upon the decision of the organizer.
