Soccer Training- Come and get your workout

This location is shown only to members

Come out and have some fun.

Ask for Dave, he will be leading the training session.

Hope to see ya.......

So you love playing soccer, and you play on a couple of leagues or pick up games once or twice a week. You're getting winded really quick and you are not able to keep up with the other players. You feel like skills can be or should be better. So you keep playing but these games are not helping improve your skills as fast as you want them to. So what do you do?

Join our group...........

We focus on ball handling drills, stamina drills, speed drills, shooting drills, and defensive drills and then play for the last 20 minutes. You will see results that other players will notice when you go back to your regular pick up or league games.

Come see for yourself...

Purpose: To have fun while improving stamina, strength and ball handling skills. The goal is to make you faster, stronger and more agile

Who should join: Co-ed. All age groups. Any fitness or playing level.  Anyone that loves playing soccer or wants to get fit without the boring gym routine. Come and have fun outdoors.  Meet like minded people.

You can wear turf soccer shoes or regular tennis shoes.

I'll see you all at the field!

Thanks guys for letting me abuse you.

I saw great effort out there

Keep practicing those dribbling drills at home for at least ten minutes a day and you will see great improvement in your skills.

Hope to see you all on Friday
