This groups is for anyone interested in learning more about the "Google secret sauce" OKRs. OKRs stands for Objectives and Key Results and was invented by Intel in the 80's but refined and made globally respected by Google Inc, which has been using it since January 2000. OKRs is more a communication method than a top-down performance measuring tool. It is not to be used for setting salary but rather to sanction risk taking across the whole organization and let each employee be part of setting aspiring goals that they think are truly contributing to the company's strategic mission. OKRs is phenomenal in creating a discipline on what to focus and not to focus on - down to the individual level. It boosts engagement and creates a vehicle for innovation to run bottom-up through the organization.
