I hope to meet new friends and get in better shape. Working out with others, will help to keep me motivated and make it more fun.
I can run 3-5 miles at a slow pace. I would like to increase that to 5-7 miles of continuous running. I can go for 5-7 miles, but I may need to walk briefly. My upper body is not that strong. My lower body is stronger. My core is probably average. I would like to join this group to improve in all these areas.
I am a physical therapist so I understand the value of being in good shape. I would like to practice what I preach.

I have done one mud run the Rugged Maniac. I enjoy working out with other people and making new friends. I am hoping to get in better shape. I live in Chapel Hill so I am excited to meet other people near by for working out.
