Practical secure email

For normal privacy use encrypted email!

Bring your laptops, tablets, phones and other devices on which you send and receive email. We'll do our best to help each other set up GPG encryption so that we can communicate in private.

No expertise required - but if you have skills and knowledge to share your help would be greatly appreciated :)

Due to a double-booking it turns out we'll be sharing the venue with the Sheffield PHP users group. If they feel we're disrupting their meeting too much then we'll create splinter groups who can wander over to the Rutland Arms or the Showroom Café/Bar to work. There's also a back room at Access Space into which we can overflow.

Really enjoyed helping people to secure their email and the impromptu keysigning party at the end!

This would be a great follow-up session to our crypto-party last July. I wonder if Access Space would be willing to host again?
