OpenStreetMap (OSM) Colorado is a local collaboration of people interested in contributing their efforts to create free maps. We encourage all of our mappers to organize or suggest mapping events throughout Colorado. Meetup activities can be simple social mixers, OSM basic to advanced training, or community mapping parties, which may include: hiking, skiing, mapping an entire town, and more. We also work with other groups on mapping, GIS and volunteer projects.
OpenStreetMap is a collaborative and world-wide community of more than 1,000,000 mappers who are working together to build a free street level map of the world.
If you are new to OSM, visit the New Mappers page.
