Hike, Yoga & Wine in the Hudson Valley

The Hudson Valley trifecta - hiking, yoga and wine tasting!  A perfect combination of outdoor splendor, exercise, rejuvenation, fresh air, and relaxation - something for all your senses!

Please note that you must register and book this trip on the Outdoor Connections website to reserve your spot. See link below ....

This series of hike, yoga, and wine tasting trips will take place at various state parks in our region.  You'll have an unforgettable outdoor adventure where your experienced guides will take you on a scenic hike through one of New York's or New Jersey's gorgeous state parks.  Explore the natural beauty, scenic overlooks, mountain streams and lakes that these parks have to offer.  We will hike for approximately 4 hours over a variety of terrain.  We will have plenty of breaks along the way to enjoy the scenery and take pictures.

In a beautiful outdoor setting you'll enjoy a 75 minute yoga session at a picturesque locale where your certified yoga instructor will take you through a series of beginner hatha flow yoga routines.  Breathe, stretch and challenge yourself in an outdoor yoga class in the great outdoors!  Embrace your inner strength while relaxing into your true nature in the beauty of nature.  Yoga helps you to develop strength, flexibility, concentration and balance and rejuvenates your body and soul.

An alfresco picnic lunch at a scenic location will also be part of the day's activities.  Feeling relaxed and at ease, we will round out our day by rewarding ourselves with a stop along the celebrated Shawangunk Wine Trail in the Hudson Valley and sample some fine wines from one of the local vineyards.  What better way to end the day and relax than with a glass of wine.  It’s a perfect escape from our normal everyday…..and who doesn’t need that!

All trip details and final trip itinerary will be e-mailed to all registered guests the week of the trip date.

Hi Xiomara- I see you already signed up. Beginners are welcome. You'll need a little bit of energy for the day for the yoga and hike - but if you have somewhat of a fitness level you should be fine...thanks, Jim

I live in New Jersey so it is easier for me to meet up with you. Where is the destination and what time will you be arriving there?
