Pocono Escape - TreeTop Canopy Adventure & Zip-Lining

Attention all thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies!  Are you ready to take on the multitude of challenges up in the tree tops?  Swing like Tarzan?  Balance like a ballerina?  Conquer your fears up high?  This is a full day of adventure and we bet you will sleep well aat night!

Please note that you must register and book this trip on the Outdoor Connections website to reserve your spot. See link below ....

Join us on this very adventurous day high above the ground.  The tree top adventure course challenge is a set of several heart pounding adventurous obstacle courses situated up in the canopy of the trees high above the ground connected by a series of various zip lines, bridges, ropes, planks and other obstacles.  Sound like fun?  It is fun!

Our day will start by getting fitted with a harness, a safety briefing by the course guides and then ‘how to’ instruction on a practice course that is a couple feet off the ground. The practice course will familiarize everyone with proper procedure on the various elements and challenges that we will face throughout the day. We will be doing the ‘full challenge’ which consists of 5 tree top courses that will progressively become more challenging and higher off the ground. The goal of each course is to provide a constant thrill and challenge while at the same time moving you out of your comfort zone. As we make our way through the approximately 3 - 3½ hour full course challenge, we will encounter zip lines, suspended bridges, scramble nets, swinging logs, swaying plank walks, ladder bridges, teeter logs, Tarzan swing, vine/wire walks, ‘lumberjack’ logs, trapeze swing, ‘surf board’ slide and much more. Worried about falling? Don’t be, as you will be securely clipped into a red safety cable throughout all the courses.

Wait, you say you haven't had enough zipping and frolicking in the trees?  The day is not complete until you have hit the big mountain zip line.  At 1000 ft long and 85 feet off the ground, we will get the chance to see how fast a human can fly ..... well, not exactly flying but close enough.....or.....try out the brand new Mountain Coaster - a roller coaster down the mountain were you control your speed....

This action packed day will absolutely get your adrenaline flowing and heart racing.  Once back on terra firma, we will do a victory dance and celebrate this tree top experience with the other members of our group - bonus points for best dance!  We will enjoy a nice picnic lunch alfresco afterwards and recap our accomplishments and maybe even embellish them just a little.
