Monthly Luncheon in Alameda: Guest Speaker: Sumaya O'Grady

Hello Ladies!

Thank you for supporting Mastery for Women.

We will meet again at High Street Station in Alameda. They’ll have another delightful meal selection for us, and we’ll have another Powerhouse speaker for you to enjoy. This month's speaker is: Sumaya O'Grady!

Her topic is: "How to Stop Buying into Limiting Beliefs, AND What Does Love Have to Do with It?"

Sumaya will help us identify what limiting beliefs are hiding in the unconscious and running the show. While beliefs are compelling, they aren’t always true. She'll reveal self-love as the antidote, and how we can take steps toward self-love.

Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll learn:
•   The number one secret about limiting beliefs
•   How to get more confidence and clarity
•   The 3 keys to living your purpose, and having more fulfillment and peace of mind

Our Presenter's Bio:

Sumaya has an MS in Counseling Psychology, is a graduate of the University of Spiritual Healing and Sufism, and is a master teacher and healer in the Sufi Tradition. She trained for three years as a Shamanic Apprentice and taught courses and mentored students in Buddhist Meditation for eight years.

Please RSVP on Meetup at least one day prior to the event, so we can give the restaurant an accurate head count. If you need to cancel for any reason please change your RSVP prior to the day of the event. We, at Mastery for Women, do understand that on occasion this may not be possible. Thank you!
