Please join our monthly ongoing group for adults who live with AD/HD. We focus on identifying skills and strategies that improve our daily lives.We have a mix of dynamic speakers and workshops on creating less chaos and more joy.
April Ancel, the facilitator and group leader, provides information, coaching tips, tools, strategies and educational materials. Fellow members contribute insights and useful strategies that work. In this uplifting and even fun atmosphere we break from isolation and form community and support.
This meeting is for you if have or think you might have ADD, AD/HD, Attention Deficit Disorder, Attention Hyperactivity Disorder, learning or attention issues, including Inattention or Hyperactivity. Other issues can include Impulse Control, Time Management, Procrastination, Losing Things, Money Management, etc.
Others who sometimes join us have PTSD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, TBI, Traumatic Brain Injury or even Grief, which may present with ADHD like symptoms for a time.
This group has been meeting for the past six years and has moved to this location at the end of 2011.
