I like exploring new ways of using seitan, making it from scratch. I also enjoy lite dishes and dishes that depart from the meat centric ideal that are often mimicked in vegan faux meat substitutes (yes that includes departing from time to time from seitan, nuts, soy, etc...). I enjoy variety and exploration.
I am vegan and like cooking, but I am guessing that's a given for this meet-up group.
