Ocean Light Zen

Weekly meditation practice! Ocean Light Zen is a community dedicated to help each of us perceive our true nature and save all beings from suffering. We offer weekly Zen meditation practice in West Seattle to serve the greater Seattle community. We also offer retreats, dharma talks, kong-an interviews to support and sustain a rewarding Zen meditation practice. Ocean Light is affiliated with the Kwan Um School of Zen, which has a worldwide network of Zen centers and teachers to provide even more support for your practice.

Beginners are always welcome, please arrive 15 minutes early for brief orientation and instructions. We invite you to join us on Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 9am!
