Assisted Suicide and The Right to Die

Two recent news stories have brought the issues surrounding end of life choices to the surface again. Do we, in fact, have a "right to die"?  If so, what does that entail and who gets to make that decision?  What, if any, are the parameters of such a right? Is assisted suicide murder? Mercy?  Something else entirely?
