Are you a Nerd or Geek in Northeast Ohio, Western PA, or the surrounding areas?

Welcome to Midwest Meet a Geek! We were founded on 7/5/12 (originally Titled Twinsburg Meet a Geek). The goal of this group is to unite geeks throughout the Midwestern areas (Cleveland, Akron, Pittsburgh, Erie, etc). We are a free group with no dues or membership fees.

Our primary activities consist of meeting in cafes, bookstores, gamestores, members homes, and public parks to watch anime, play retro and next gen video games, host lan parties for PC games, play pen and paper rpg games such as white wolf, pathfinder, call of the cthulu & of course D&D, ccg games such as Magic: the gathering & Pokemon, cosplay, attend various conventions, organize carpools for long distance conventions, and possibly we can even organize bus trips if the group gets large enough and there is interest.

We can also expand and do non-geeky things such as amusement parks, luncheons, movies, concerts, etc and just share conversation with fellow geeks.
