1 Round Trip transportation to DC $100 per person.

This will be a two day event. We will be LEAVING at the “Fast Track” parking lot in Columbus Ohio at 7:00am on Friday August 27th for Washington D.C.

We will arrive and stay in Washington Friday night. The rooms are double occupancy so there will be 2 persons per room. On Saturday August 28th we will participate in the "Restoring Honor Rally" at the Lincoln Memorial and then depart for home following the Rally.

The cost is $182 to participate with W.A.L.N.U.T. This price includes Bus and Hotel fees only. If you have already payed $210 before these changes have been made, you will recieve a refund. Click the button below to sign up and join us.


Per the Restoring Honor webpage, these instructions must be adhered to:

What can I bring?

You can bring small umbrellas, bottled water (plastic bottles only please), bag lunches, snacks, lawn chairs, cameras, blankets, small coolers, backpacks, and flags. Also, we advise that you bring hats and sunscreen.

What can I NOT bring?

As a security precaution, the following items will be prohibited from the event sites:

• NO signs (political or otherwise) as they may deter from the peaceful message we are bringing to
Washington.
• Firearms (either real or simulated)
• Ammunition
• Explosives of any kind (including fireworks)
• Knives, blades, or sharp objects (of any length)
• Mace and/or pepper spray
• Helium balloons
• Sticks or poles
• Pocket or hand tools, such as "leatherman"
• Packages
• Large bags (anything larger than a backpack)
• Duffle bags
• Suitcases
• Weapons of any kind
• Aerosols
• Laser pointers
• Animals other than service/guide dogs
• Structures (i.e tents)
• Alcoholic beverages
• Other items that may pose a threat to the security of the event

Bus Trip To Glenn Beck's Restoring Honor Rally In Washington, D. C.

Mansfield And Akron Pick Ups

Saturday, August 28, 2010, 10 AM - 1 PM

Luxury coach leaves from the Flower Factory parking lot located at 929 North Lexington-Springmill Road, Ontario, 44906. It’s across from Lowes.

It departs at 8:00 PM, Friday, August 27 and returns at about 1:00 AM Sunday, August 29.

The bus will stop at the Bob Evan's Restaurant, 2449 Gilchrist Road, Akron, 44305, to pick up passengers.

We'll eat breakfast and supper at restaurants along the way.

Bring a pillow, blanket and snacks.

$80.00 per person. We need 40 seats filled to break even.

Price includes a tip for the bus driver.

We are in the process of filling up a third bus. We don’t know if we’ll be able to find a fourth bus, so if you intend on traveling with us, please call 419-687-6761 ASAP, because seats are going faster than the National Debt Clock.

We are joining Glenn, Sarah Palin, Ted Nugent, Jo Dee Messina, and Marcus Luttrell at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial for the Restoring Honor Rally. This is a non-political fundraiser for the Special Operations Warrior Foundation. This non-profit organization provides support and assistance to the families of wounded and fallen special operations personnel. This includes 60,000 of America's elite troops such as Navy SEALs, Army Green Berets and Rangers, Air force combat controllers and Marine Corps special operators.

Buses to Washington "Restoring Honor Rally" 8/28:
NOTE: We will leave at 7:30 pm on Aug. 27 (instead of 9:30 pm as previously indicated). If possible, plan to arrive between 6:30 and 7:00 so we can board and leave promptly at 7:30. Return to Lima after the rally; approximate arrival time between 12:00 midnight and 1:30 am Sunday, Aug 29.

Come celebrate America!!! . . . by honoring our heroes, our heritage and our future. Join Glenn at the steps of the Lincoln Memorial for this non-political, non-partisan rally that will recognize our First Amendment rights and honor the service members who fight to protect those freedoms.

What you need to know:
~ $80 per person covers transportation only. Two meal stops – 1 going, 1 returning. All meals at your own expense.
~ Tips for drivers are not included.
~ Include name, address, phone number and e-mail address for each passenger.
~ First come, first served … your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
~ Money is non-refundable.
~ May bring small coolers to fit in overhead compartments; wheelchairs or scooters fit under the bus.
~ Bus Line: Buckeye Charter (buses are tobacco and alcohol-free.

Plans are to leave Tiffin Mall on 8-27, arrive in D.C. on 8-28, attend rally and leave D.C. around 6-7:00 pm for return to Tiffin. Reservations are being taken now.
