Hi Colette. I'm hosting a retreat in Lakeside in a couple of weeks. Join me and Deanna Adams for "Writing Well and the Writing Life," a Word Lover's Retreat, to be held at the Idlewyld Bed & Breakfast in historic Lakeside, Ohio, 9/17-19. We will write from the heart with writing-from-life prompts, breathe life into our fiction and non-fiction, work on the craft of writing, share during roundtable, and imagine possibilities for a writing life. Blogging is a great way to get started, because you find your voice. Being with others at a retreat--either the upcoming program on Middle Bass Island or the Word Lovers Retreat in Lakeside--is a great way to become immersed.
