Come out and watch Good Hair and bring a dish to share!!!

We will be watching Good Hair and having a potluck at the Westerville Public Library from 2:30 p.m until 6 p.m.

Movie show time - 3 p.m.
Discussion to follow
Clean up starting no later than 5:30 p.m.

Please check the message board to see who's bringing what and to sign up to bring a dish.

Amber will be providing cups, napkins, cutlery, plastic/paper plates, popcorn and beverages.

ummm. I'm not sure what to bring, but I see that several people are bringing dips. Would tortilla chips go well with these dips? If so, that's what I'll bring.

Does anyone have and diet restrictions or food allergies? I am not sure what to bring, but it sounds like we need some kind of meat at this shindig... I don't know about you all, but I like to eat lol!

i will be bring carbonated beverages and possibly a cake. was not sure what to bring until this very moment. i'm also bringing a camera and a photographer. *lol* can't wait to meet everyone. this will be my first meet up.

This was my first event and I loved it. I did my BC on 1/23/10 so I'm a newbie but soooo excited to have other ladies to talk with and share the natural hair experience :-) Oh, and I'll see you ladies next week.

I thought our host Amber did an amazing job! She asked some really interesting questions and received many thoughtful responses. I enjoyed everyones company. I'm glad I got a chance to meet some of the newbies and hear their hair stories. It was also nice to hear a man's point of view on natural hair and what it means to him (thanks Chele!).

I arrived late, but was surprised by how good the movie was versus my expectations. The discussion that followed was lighthearted yet enlightening and informative. This was my first time attending a NM event and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was. And whoever made the Jambalaya did it to DEATH! Thank you to our wonderful hostess and everyone I met. This event ROCKED!
